1/4 | cup | white wine vinegar | |

1 | cup | frozen whole kernel corn, thawed | |

3 | plum tomatoes, chopped | ||

1/2 | cup | green onions,thinly sliced | |

1 | jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped | ||

4 | center cut loin pork chops | ||
|
Combine 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cilantro and olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno, remaining vinegar and cilantro; set aside.
Grill chops over medium heat for 11-14 minutes, turning once, and marinating with oil and vinegar mixture. Serve with salsa.
