4 | boneless skinless chicken breast halves | ||

1 | Tablespoon | olive oil | |

1 | jar | (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained | |
|
|||
1 | package | (4 ounce) shredded Mexican blend cheese | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped green onions | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | cooked crispy bacon, chopped | |
|
Flatten chicken to 1/4- inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil for 4 minutes; turn.
Top with the mushrooms and cheese. Cover and cook until chicken juices run clear and cheese is melted, about 4 minutes.
Top with green onions and bacon bits and serve immediately.
