3 | tablespoons | cooking oil | |

1/4 | cup | green pepper, chopped | |
|
|||
3 | fresh chili peppers, seeded and chopped | ||
|
|||
2 | shallots, chopped | ||
|
|||
3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | basil | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | oregano | |
|
|||
hot cooked spaghetti (optional) | |||
|
Thaw shrimp, if frozen and pat dry. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Cook shrimp, green pepper, chile peppers, shallots and garlic in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.
Add Parmesan cheese, basil and oregano to shrimp mixture; toss to combine.
If desired, serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
